Host a SpringFest Activity - Submit today!

UWB’s Student Engagement & Activities is collaborating with Cascadia Student Life and Activities & Recreation Center teams to create SpringFest 2025 on our joint campus from Wednesday, May 14th – Wednesday May 22nd and we are looking for collaborators!

Our amazing student leaders on UWB’s Campus Events Board (CEB) and Cascadia’s Events & Advocacy Board (EAB) will be organizing several large events throughout the week with more details coming.  I am reaching out now to get this event on calendars.  We would love to widen campus involvement during this festive week and would love for you all to be thinking about how you might be a part of this celebration for our students. Below is a way you can get involved:

Consider putting on your own event or program during this week. This is a great time to showcase the work of your students, host an open house or develop new traditions to wrap up the year. If you are interested in participating in Springfest and are in need some ideas, please see below for a list of activities that have been done in the past:

Table top games
Movie Event
Food/Drink station
DIY activity
Arts and Crafts
Photo booths
Lawn games
Upcycling activity
Art show
…and more!

Curious about what we could be in our SpringFest-vities line-up? Here’s the types of events we may be bringing this SpringFest 2025):
Wednesday 5/14 | SpringFest Kickoff Carnival | Campus Events Board (CEB) & ARC Events
Thursday 5/15 | Student Film Festival | UWB Student Media
Friday 5/16 | SEA Rave | Campus Events Board (CEB) & Student Media
Saturday 5/17 | Car Show | Car Club

The benefit of hosting an activity during Springfest is that we handle the marketing for you as well by adding you to any SpringFest webpage and events calendar. And, we provide marketing templates for posters and promo.

Our Springfest Activity Form will open on Friday, March 7th and due by Friday, April 4th.
