Located on the Lower Level of the Activities & Recreation Center, the ARC Fitness Center features state-of-the-art equipment and machines for use by currently enrolled University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College students, and faculty and staff from both institutions with the purchase of a Fitness Center Membership.

Currently enrolled University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College students do not need to purchase a membership. All eligible staff and faculty from the University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College can purchase an ARC Fitness Center membership by visiting MyArc.uwb.edu. For membership inquiries, please contact Rebecca Kimble, rkimble@uw.edu. No guest passes will be available for purchase at this time.

The Group Fitness program offers a wide variety of free, welcoming and inclusive fitness classes for all levels. All ARC Group Fitness Instructors provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where students, faculty, and staff have the opportunity to gather and participate in a variety of group fitness formats regardless of skill level and ability. There are a variety of Group Fitness classes available to attend including Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Dance and more.

The focus of Intramural Activities at the Activities & Recreation Center (ARC) is to provide an environment where students, faculty and staff have the opportunity to gather and participate in various sport and leisure activities regardless of skill level and ability.

We understand that sports and recreation can be an area not all folks have experience in, which is why we host programs and events that are not only free, but rooted in learning, playing, and connecting with the campus through sports and activities. From our Quarterly skill building and open play events to our structured weekly leagues, we aim to offer a program for everyone here on campus. There is always space for all students at all of our events.

All currently enrolled and fee-paying students at both UW Bothell and Cascadia! Please remember to bring your student ID with you at check-in.

The Outdoor Wellness (OW) program’s mission is to provide strategic and intentional programming designed to diminish barriers to entry for outdoor recreation, increase competency and mental fortitude, develop skills for responsible participation in outdoor activities and optimize health through the nine dimensions of wellness. We strive to develop deeper relationships and create a fun, inclusive and safe environment for students interested in recreating outdoors.
