Sustainable Systems Stroll!

Join A4S, IEEE, and Tammy Cox, a Maintenance Supervisor at UWB, to learn about sustainable infrastructure on campus. Take a behind-the-scenes look at the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems, and learn about LEED (Leadership in Environmental Energy Design) building certifications.

Learn about what our campus is doing to advance sustainability, and where we can improve! Some terms you'll hear on this tour are: Central Cooling, Electrified Heating, Fossil Fuel Systems, Decarbonization, and the NEW Green Building Standard (Statewide).

Please note that this tour will start in the physical plant on campus, and continue to both indoors and outdoors location on campus. Capacity limited to 20 people.
